I’m committed to providing all of my clients with exceptional care in a timely manner. For this reason, I have instituted a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and an appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled. However I kindly ask that you provide me with at least a 24 hour notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify White Lotus Studio at (570) 452-3498 within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit fee of $25 will be forfeited. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, the full cost of the service will be charged. If you reschedule within a reasonable time, (no more than 5 business days) from original appointment the deposit will be applied to your service at your new appt. date. If you are late, I reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following my cancellation policy. My goal is to provide the best possible service to all of my clients, and this policy helps me achieve that goal by ensuring that my time is used efficiently and effectively.
